The given price is applicable for offered quantities. Changes in quantities and elimination of items are subject to recalculation of our offer.

The given price presented above includes supply, supervision installation, Testing and commissioning.

Customs duties and sales tax are calculated based on current regulations provided by the local customs authorities at the time of order confirmation. If any changes are announced and implemented by the authorities between the time of order confirmation and delivery, then these changes shall be applied on the final invoice

Our offer only includes the items mentioned in the description. Any accessories or components not listed are not included.

Installation is not included in the scope and therefore is not included in our prices unless stated otherwise.

An order shall not be processed till the payment terms of the offer are fulfilled and the advance payment has reached our bank, or the Letter of Credit is established.

The indicated delivery time starts the dates of the payment terms are fulfilled or from receipt of the advance payment and/or Letter of Credit in our bank.

No retention is applicable unless stated otherwise.

In case an order is cancelled after it is confirmed, the down payment shall not be refunded, and the order is subject to the cancellation fee.

The installation of goods should be according to the guidelines of the manufacturer or installation manual normally supplied with the goods. Failing that shall void the warranty

Once the delivery notes signed by the customer, it is no longer the responsibility of TPS (or associated legal entities), thus they cannot be returned nor refunded.

If the customer decides not to receive the materials as per the delivery schedule due to any site conditions, the balance payment due date should start from the date we notify the customer about the readiness of the materials.

     Exclusions:

Wire pulling, conduits, trunks, LAN Network etc.
Building network is out of our scope and to be provided by IT contractor
Any equipment not listed in our “Bill of materials”.
Any Kind of Civil, masonry, carpentry works, such as breaking and making good patching and Painting.
